1. Responsible party
Charmaine van der Walt t/a Fancee.co.za is the responsible party for personal information processed through Fancee.
2. Independent Provider processing
When a User submits information to contact a Provider, that Provider receives the information as an independent business and becomes responsible for its own further use. The Provider does not process information as Fancee's employee or representative.
3. Information and purposes
Fancee may process account, listing, enquiry, billing, device and usage information to operate the platform, facilitate enquiries, provide support, prevent fraud and conduct lawful marketing.
4. Rights and complaints
Requests may be sent to support@fancee.co.za. A person may also approach the Information Regulator of South Africa.
